Recruit, onboard and retain top talent; run regular coaching, performance reviews and career conversations.

Manage operational excellence: inventory control, labour scheduling, health & safety, and compliance.

Activate local marketing and community partnerships to build brand awareness and drive traffic.

Use data and daily reporting to set priorities, motivate the team, and refine in-store tactics.

Requirements
A proven retail leader with success managing multi‑discipline teams (beauty, lifestyle, or fashion preferred).

Strong commercial mindset and experience meeting sales targets while protecting margin.





Exceptional people skills — a natural coach who develops reliable talent and builds high‑trust teams.

Comfortable with hands‑on operations in a fast‑paced setting.

Excellent communication and organizational ability; comfortable using POS and reporting tools.
