This role requires a senior technology leader to enforce standards for Quality Engineering and readiness across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Delivery Excellence, your initiatives will include driving strategic automation solutions and improving overall delivery outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define enterprise standards in Quality Engineering and certification
• Lead the implementation of Agile quality practices
• Develop and oversee readiness metrics and KPIs
• Ensure operational risk is minimized across projects
• Coach teams towards quality-focused engineering
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Quality Engineering or similar areas
• Proven track record in Agile and DevOps environments
• Robust leadership and effective communication skills
• Focused on data-driven decision-making and improvement
• Must be eligible to work in Canada full time
