Overview

St Jean's is looking for an experienced Key Account Manger to join our team. Responsible for growing sales through the development of distributor relationships, alternative channels, and recent business opportunities. The role manages key distributor accounts and channel partners while identifying and securing new revenue prospects through Strategic Manufacturing Partnerships (SMPs), foodservice, gift, specialty retail, and other emerging channels. This position plays a key role in supporting the growth objectives through customer relationship management, business development, and channel expansion across Canada, United States and internationally.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.




Demonstrated success managing national and regional key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth and acquiring new business.
Experience selling into Canadian retail and distributor channels; U.S. market experience is considered an asset.
Experience working with private label, contract manufacturing, or Strategic Manufacturing Partnerships (SMPs) is an asset.
Robust financial and analytical skills, including experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, promotional plans, and annual customer business reviews.
Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights for strategic planning.
Power BI experience is an asset
This position requires occasional travel domestic and international

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
