As the Manager of Occupational Health and Safety, you will collaborate with leadership and safety committees to ensure effective safety program management. Your role will include leading incident investigations, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and providing expert advice on occupational safety regulations. By promoting a solid safety culture, your efforts will substantially impact injury prevention and health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee health and safety program management and improvements
• Conduct inspections and safety audits regularly




• Develop and deliver safety education and training
• Support health surveillance and risk evaluation initiatives
• Report on incidents and corrective actions taken

Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in relevant safety fields
• 8+ years in health and safety within manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of OHS policies and practices
• Experience in safety training and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
