Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Information technology (IT) consulting. Tasks: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Establish and implement policies and procedures. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Manage training and development strategies. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Oversee payroll administration. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Recruit and hire staff. Maintain and manage digital database. Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs. MS Outlook. Electronic scheduler. Database software. Human resources software. MS Office. Google Drive. LinkedIn. Electronic mail. Area of work experience: Human resources. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Work with minimal supervision. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask.
