Our dedicated team focuses on helping clients optimize cash flow and mitigate risk by addressing the intricacies of property assessment and taxation. You will play a key role in supporting our clients in relation to both regional and national projects, as well as value-added tax projects associated with property assessment and taxation. Your expertise will be called upon to critically review and evaluate property tax appeal positions, offering informed recommendations and adeptly managing the appeal process in accordance with the firm's rigorous policies, standards, and guidelines. As a Property Tax Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will lead in delivering strategic property tax advisory services, ensuring clients navigate the complexities of tax obligations with expertise. You will also manage client relationships, oversee appeal processes, and conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide innovative solutions. The salary range for this position is $128,900 - $178,900. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres.
