Deliver high-quality care as a Registered Nurse for Critical Care at Brightshores. Manage treatment plans for critically ill adults while fostering collaboration among healthcare specialists.

This role reports to the Manager of Critical Care and Respiratory Therapy, focusing on the critical phase of illness for both adults and occasionally children. The registered nurse is responsible for comprehensive health assessments, care provision, and supporting patients' return to optimal function.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess critically ill patients and implement care plans
• Provide leadership and support in emergency situations
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams




• Participate in staff meetings and continuous development initiatives
• Advocate for a culture of safety within the workplace

Requirements:
• Registration with Ontario College of Nurses
• 3+ years of recent Critical Care experience
• Critical Care Certificate and current BCLS/ACLS
• Willingness to obtain PALS certification within a year
• Robust problem-solving and communication abilities
