As part of the Mental Health and Addictions program, you will engage with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert consultations and assessments. This role involves independently diagnosing and prescribing treatments that align with best practices in addiction care. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and consultations with patients
• Implement and advocate for the Substance Use Pathway Pilot




• Communicate effectively with mental health teams
• Lead educational efforts to improve patient care
• Participate in patient and family-centered conferences

Requirements:
• Ontario RN (EC) registration with Nurse Practitioner certification
• Master’s degree in Nursing needed
• Minimum of 2 years working with substance use disorders
• Experience with Opioid Agonist and withdrawal therapies
• Proven ability to work autonomously
