As the Exchange Planner, you'll be responsible for planning and managing activities within the OEM Machine Shop and Welding areas. Your focus will be on reviewing salvage velocity and inventory management while ensuring timely communication regarding work orders and completion dates. Collaboration with other planners will be key in tackling challenges and enhancing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review daily RFA requirements for production plans
• Manage inventory of salvage and fabrication parts




• Ensure lead times for salvage work orders are met
• Adjust plans based on energetic working conditions
• Communicate progress updates effectively to teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience required
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior OEM experience preferred
