Become a vital part of Cota as a Site Support Worker at 2195 Jane Street. This full time role focuses on community engagement, tenant support, and mental health advocacy, working Saturdays from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm. In this permanent position, the Site Support Worker will assess tenant needs and provide individualized support while fostering community development.
Key responsibilities include planning therapeutic activities, crisis management, and facilitating tenant participation in service planning. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and housing stability of tenants. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead therapeutic group activities for tenant engagement
- Facilitate tenant meetings to discuss issues and service planning
- Coordinate support services in the building
- Develop tenant support plans based on identified needs

- Community college diploma in Mental Health and Addictions
