About the Job:We are looking for a Security Supervisor to help support our business in SE Calgary (Main Site) and Balzac (satellite site). The successful candidate must have a valuable driving abstract and be able to provide as such.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire Security Team.
- Scheduling.
- Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.
- Reports directly to Client/Skanna Management.
- Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management.
- Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.
- Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.
Requirements:
- Valid Alberta Security Guard License.
- College degree or higher qualification.
- Must have own vehicle.
- Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years security experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.
