Familiarity with various welding techniques including GTAW and PLC programming is essential to ensure operational efficiency and safety on-site. Key Responsibilities:

- Detect and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively
- Coach and guide apprentices in hands-on tasks
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance of machinery
- Assemble and install mechanical equipment to specifications
