RED Mountain Resort BC is seeking an Assistant Director, Snowsports for the 2026/27 Winter season. This leadership role guides the Ski & Snowboard School and supports daily operations.
You will coordinate school group bookings, train lead hands and instructors, and help grow the snowsports marketing plan while assisting with budgeting. This full time seasonal position runs late October to mid-April, with weekends and holidays required, wage $24–$26 per hour plus uniforms, season pass, and staff
