This temporary full time role involves working with children and youth facing psychiatric challenges. As a Social Worker/Mental Health Clinician, you will provide comprehensive assessments, group psychotherapy, and discharge planning.

Your role includes facilitating outpatient groups and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. You will work on improving interventions and continuity within the mental health system. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients
- Provide group psychotherapy and individual family therapy
- Facilitate outpatient therapeutic groups weekly
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for urgent care
- Participate in quality improvement committees and initiatives Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience with children and adolescents
- Certification with OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Strong crisis management and assessment skills
