We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex mission-critical projects. The successful candidate will oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, client relationship management, and expertise in project controls and risk management.
Responsibilities
Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams, contractors, and stakeholder groups to ensure effective project delivery.
Assess risks and establish contingency plans.
Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholder.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Qualified designation such as PMP, P.Eng., PQS, MRICS, or equivalent is highly desirable.
5+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 2–3 years in data center projects.
Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
Robust leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills.
