Responsibilities
This is an exceptional prospect for a lawyer who enjoys strategic problem solving, liability analysis, negotiation, and litigation management. Working alongside an experienced team of legal professionals, the successful candidate will play a key role in autonomously assessing and resolving professional liability claims while continuing to practice law in a highly collegial and intellectually engaging setting.
Qualifications
Member of the Alberta Law Society and be in good standing, or eligible for membership
Litigation experience is required with backgrounds in personal injury, insurance defence, commercial litigation, family law,



or other dispute-focused practices preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and a significant file portfolio
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and intellectually curious with a desire for continuous learning
Experience with professional liability, insurance defence, or claims management is considered an asset but is not required
