Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Workplace Type: Hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in office. The OBSI office is located in downtown Toronto.

As an Application & Systems Support Analyst (Dynamics 365 CRM), you will play a key role in supporting the systems that enable the delivery of OBSI’s services, including Dynamics CRM Customer Serivice, Dynamics Business Central, Firm Portal and Consumer Portal. Acting as a first point of contact for application related issues, you will provide application support, manage application-related incidents and service requests and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. With approximately two years of related technical support experience, you will collaborate closely with team members and vendors,



document solutions, and help ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and accessible to support both internal operations and stakeholder needs.
