In this senior role, you will report to the Plant Manager while collaborating with the VP of Sustainability and CSR. Your focus will include developing and executing the Sustainability Framework and engaging with multi-disciplinary teams. By fostering a culture of sustainability, you will track KPIs and enhance internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the site’s Sustainability Framework
• Promote a culture of sustainability in operations
• Collect and analyze sustainability data for improvement




• Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders
• Champion cross-departmental collaboration for sustainability goals
Requirements:
• BS in Environmental Science or related field
• 5 years of experience in Sustainable Development
• Familiarity with GRI, ISO, and GHG Protocol
• Knowledge of energy systems and processes
• Solid analytical and communication skills
