Responsibilities
Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinating meetings, setting agendas, and ensuring that team members are aware of deadlines.
Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project plans.
Serving as a point of contact between team members, stakeholders,
and clients to facilitate communication.
Tracking project resources and ensuring that team members have the tools and information they need.
Assigning tasks to team members and monitoring their progress.
Identifying potential project risks and helping to develop mitigation strategies.
Preparing status reports for stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any issues.
Assisting in the quality assurance process to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards.
Monitoring project budgets and expenditures and assisting in financial reporting.
Providing training or onboarding for recent team members or stakeholders as needed.
Analyzing and improving project workflows and suggesting enhancements.
