Cronos Group Inc. is seeking an R&D; Grow Manager to lead agronomics and plant performance at our Stayner site in Ontario. You will manage irrigation, fertigation, climate steering, pest management, and crop maintenance while coordinating cross-functional workflows and reporting to internal stakeholders.
You will guide trials, data capture, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and scientific rigor across experiments. Cannabis-focused agronomy knowledge is preferred but not required.
