In this full time role, you will be integral to the City’s Centre of Expertise for Performance Measurement. This position requires expertise in performance measurement, data analytics, and business intelligence to support evidence-informed decision-making. You will partner with teams to cultivate a data-informed culture by increasing literacy and translating data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop performance metrics and benchmarks for City services
• Analyze service delivery outcomes and identify areas for improvement




• Create user-friendly dashboards utilizing Power BI and SQL
• Support corporate and capital planning processes
• Deliver clear reports and presentations to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years in data analytics, performance measurement, or related field
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
