efficiency, and client satisfactionYou'll lead engagement planning, scope assignments, and resource allocation across client portfoliosYou'll provide technical guidance and strategic recommendations to clients on accounting and tax mattersYou'll build and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities to deliver additional valueYou'll coach, mentor, and support the development of accounting professionals across the teamYou'll contribute to firm-wide initiatives, policy development, and professional standards committeesYou'll participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and talent development activitiesSkills and Qualifications4+ years of public accounting experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacityCPA designation or equivalent professional accounting credentialStrong technical knowledge of assurance engagements, compilations, reviews, and corporate and personal taxProven ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing prioritiesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skillsStrong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentAll qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment.
