In this role, you will focus on operational support for more than 200 Java applications within the Government Services framework. You will engage in incident management, change request implementations, and utilize your skills with IBM WebSphere, Urban Code Deploy, and cloud solutions such as OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform operations support for hosting client applications
• Execute incident intake and triage tasks
• Fulfill service requests and manage change assessments
• General reporting and data analysis responsibilities




• Provide support to the SUS team for multiple applications

Requirements:
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server is required
• Proficient with Urban Code Deploy and Urban Code Velocity
• Familiarity with ITIL processes: Incident and Change Management
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Ansible
• Skilled in using middleware monitoring tools like ITCAM
