As a Condition Inspector, you will utilize predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis and thermography. Reporting to the Process Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring equipment reliability and safety in a regulated manufacturing workplace. Effective communication and collaboration with production and maintenance teams are essential to address equipment concerns and improve workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular equipment monitoring and analysis
• Help install condition-based monitoring systems
• Communicate emergency repair issues effectively
• Perform routine inspections and investigations
• Collaborate with engineers on condition monitoring
Requirements:
• Licensed Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Certified Inspector
• Specialized knowledge in condition monitoring is an asset
• Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office
