We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to enhance training programs across our legal firm. This role involves working closely with business professionals to deliver engaging learning experiences while supporting onboarding and other training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with departments to create training content and curricula
• Ensure training materials are interactive and engaging
• Regularly collect and assess feedback from learners




• Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new staff initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Training, HR, or Education
• Minimum 5 years of corporate training experience
• Relevant certifications (CTP, APTD, CPTD) are preferred
• Experience using Articulate 360 and video editing tools
• Solid writing skills for instructional materials
