Partner with senior executives to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.



Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the Ontario business. Drive business growth, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; accountability. Use data, innovation, and operational best practices to improve performance and scalability. Significant experience leading complex operations and large-scale teams. Proven success managing financial performance and business growth.
