What You'll Do:
Conduct regular site inspections and lead proactive maintenance and repair coordination.
Prepare budgets, track expenses, and support boards with financial and compliance decisions.
Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee quality of services.
Plan and facilitate board meetings with organized follow-through.
Enforce bylaws, maintain accurate records, and respond to emergencies as needed.
Manage reserve funds, insurance, and safety programs to protect each community.
Lead special projects and sustainability initiatives that make a real impact.
What We're Looking For:
You have a post-secondary education or 2+ years' property management experience.
You are tech-savvy with solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
You are familiar with Buildium or are willing to learn.
You remain calm under pressure and can manage multiple priorities.
You have a valid driver's license + reliable vehicle.
You are available outside of normal office hours for emergencies and/or board meetings as required.
You can provide a clear criminal record check.
You're familiar with the Apple ecosystem (MacOS, iOS, iCloud, etc.).
