Software Safety Engineer

We're seeking a Software Safety Engineer to join a high-performing Safety & Mission Assurance team, helping deliver innovative, safety-critical technologies in a complex engineering environment.

What You'll Do

- Conduct software safety, hazard, and criticality analyses.
- Develop and manage software safety requirements.
- Partner with systems, software, and design teams to integrate safety into product development.
- Review safety-critical software documentation and source code.
- Prepare safety reports, support reviews, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of software safety experience in a safety-critical environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Eligible to obtain Reliability Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.
