Manitoba Minor Injury is a newly developed, purpose-built clinic focused exclusively on the assessment and management of minor to moderate musculoskeletal injuries. The clinic is designed to fill a critical gap between primary care, urgent care, and emergency departments by providing timely, appropriate, and patient-centered medical care in an effective and structured workplace. The Minor Injury Clinic is a physician-led model built around patient quality, team-oriented care, and sustainability.

The Chance

We are seeking a Minor Injury Physician to join the founding medical team at Manitoba Minor Injury. This is a salaried employee position, intentionally structured to support thoughtful clinical decision-making, manageable caseloads, and professional longevity.

Physicians will focus on triage, assessment, and care planning for minor injuries, with the ability to refer patients directly to an on-site multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The clinic is fully equipped with multiple exam rooms and medical imaging, allowing practitioners to practice efficiently and confidently from day one.

Key Responsibilities




Assess and manage minor to moderate musculoskeletal injuries
Perform medical triage and clinical decision-making
Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate
Complete required documentation, insurance forms, and referrals
Collaborate with on-site rehabilitation providers
