Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Fluid Power engineering team and project workload
Develop custom hydraulic solutions using schematic design tools




Design hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic power units
Collaborate with mechanical teams to develop bills of materials and engineering drawings
Support engineering proposals, applications, system integration, and safety reviews
Manage projects to meet scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements
Mentor engineering staff, including co-op students and new team members
Develop testing procedures and provide support throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Bring experience leading engineering projects and technical teams
Demonstrate strong knowledge of fluid power and hydraulic systems
Possess experience with hydraulic power units, manifolds, or mobile equipment applications
Utilize Automation Studio or similar hydraulic design software
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Demonstrate solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Work effectively in cross-functional environments while promoting safety and ethical business practices
