Reporting to Communications leadership, this coordinator role is critical for maintaining stakeholder program data integrity. You will work closely with sub-program teams to ensure accurate documentation, manage meeting agendas, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks. Your proactive approach will help in tracking communication plans and construction activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sub-program teams with meeting agendas and documentation
• Validate communication plans against internal schedules




• Collaborate with scheduling teams to capture construction activities
• Track and document internal and external meetings
• Prep materials for community and stakeholder events
Requirements:
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Experience in construction and infrastructure projects
• Robust organization and communication skills
• Ability to support engagement activities
• Familiarity with airport procedures is a plus
