• Review incoming development permit applications for compliance
• Investigate and address zoning complaints and by-law violations

Requirements:
• University degree in relevant planning field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in planning
• Membership in CIP and APPI in positive standing
• Skilled in ArcGIS and rendering software
• Valid NWT Class 5 Driver's License
