Join the Infrastructure and Operations Team in the Specialist, Systems Administrator (IT Infrastructure) position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and evolving enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises and hybrid environments, helping ensure platforms are secure, reliable, and resilient while driving modernization and operational excellence.

Support daily operations of enterprise infrastructure platforms, including compute/virtualization, network and voice/video, storage/backup, and databases.

Monitor infrastructure services and respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting and any other corrective actions to minimize service impact and escalate complex issues as needed.

Support infrastructure lifecycle and modernization initiatives, including platform upgrades, refreshes, migrations, and data center or cloud‑adjacent transformations.





Maintain infrastructure security and compliance by applying hardening standards, patching, vulnerability remediation, and supporting audit activities.

Ensure the reliability of backup and disaster recovery services through ongoing support, testing, and validation.

Keep operational documentation and runbooks up to date by conducting post‑implementation checks to confirm service readiness.

Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or systems administration roles.

Strong hands‑on experience across multiple infrastructure domains, including virtualization/compute, networking and voice/video, storage and backup, disaster recovery, and database platforms (e.g., MS SQL, DB2, Azure SQL).

Experience supporting on‑premises and hybrid cloud environments, with an understanding of modern infrastructure operating models.

Working knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, and change management) and operational support best practices.

Proficiency in automation and scripting,



understanding of deployment automation using Ansible and Teraform.

An understanding/hand-on experience on the devops model.

Robust troubleshooting skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Windows Server & Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, identity and access management)

Networking Technologies (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, SD‑WAN)

Microsoft Azure & Hybrid Cloud Integration

Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure across one or more domains (virtualization, networking, storage, backup, or databases), including exposure to regulated or security‑sensitive environments.

Industry certifications and ITIL Foundation (or equivalent service management training) are considered assets.
