As part of Vyvyd Lighting, this technical role involves ensuring the operational engine runs smoothly, handling all inquiries from sales representatives and designers. You will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of the project pipeline through effective CRM management and problem resolution. Your contribution will support luxury retail and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full project lifecycle from inquiry to delivery • Keep CRM updated and provide regular performance reports • Identify common technical issues and enhance knowledge resources • Review and evaluate technical documentation and specifications • Prepare necessary documentation for project submissions
