Take charge as a Production Supervisor in the aircraft assembly line, managing a skilled team while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This hybrid role offers both office and factory floor involvement.
In this permanent position, you will report directly to Operations management, overseeing a team of about 20 employees responsible for aircraft repairs and touch-up work. Your focus will be on ensuring operations align with the company’s quality benchmarks while addressing any logistical challenges. The role demands analytical skills to optimize production processes continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage aircraft production teams effectively
• Organize and prioritize repair interventions as needed
• Ensure all work adheres to technical and safety standards
• Collaborate with departments for issue resolution
• Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or industrial engineering
• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and data tools
• Fluent in French; English skills are an asset
