A vibrant seniors care residence in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a energetic Manager of Therapeutic Recreation & Volunteer Services to steer their care home's cutting-edge leisure programs.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you'll champion resident-centered therapeutic recreation while supervising a dedicated team and engaging directly with residents, volunteers, and community partners.





This role offers you a unique blend of hands‑on leadership and strategic oversight: from implementing meaningful programs that enrich residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well‑being, to coordinating volunteers and managing special events.

As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, you'll influence quality of life and resident engagement, while ensuring compliance with provincial standards and best practices.
Location: Vancouver
Salary: $68,000 to $78,000
Advantages: Robust package including MPP.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in long‑term care or dementia care; CTRS credential, and proven leadership skills with a passion for seniors care.
