Our Financial Services client is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team.

This will be for 12+ months. 40 hours per week. Onsite 4x per week in Downtown Toronto.

The rate range is between $45-55per hour, T4.

What you'll be doing:
Defining research strategy and methodologies;
Creating test plans and aligning them with stakeholders;
Leading research execution and synthesis;
Presenting insights to stakeholders and providing design recommendations based on those insights

Qualifications
4+ years of UX research experience, ideally in financial services or fintech or other regulated industries
Robust command of qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, concept testing, usability evaluation)
Robust command of quantitative methods (survey design, statistical analysis, behavioral data interpretation)
Experience working within digital product teams;
Experience working in the financial sector or adjacent industries (insurance, government);
Experience with data visualization & analytics tools.
