Senior Scheduler – ICI Healthcare Projects

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 + RRSP + Bonus

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of complex ICI healthcare construction projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized construction skilled who understands project sequencing, critical path management, trade coordination, and the level of detail required on healthcare builds.

The ideal candidate has strong scheduling experience within the ICI sector and can work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to keep projects on track from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules for ICI healthcare projects
Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend recovery strategies
Work closely with project managers, site teams, trades, and consultants
Track critical path activities, milestones, delays, and schedule impacts
Support project reporting,



lookahead schedules, progress updates, and coordination meetings
Ensure schedules align with project requirements, phasing, logistics, and client expectations

Qualifications
Proven scheduling experience within ICI construction
Experience with healthcare, hospital, or complex institutional projects is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, phasing, and critical path scheduling
Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced project workplace
