Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Associates and Senior Consultants effectively
• Develop strategic capability plans and ensure continuous delivery
• Gather and document future-state business requirements




• Support process re-engineering for scalable operations
• Coordinate design with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Tech teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in product management or capability development
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools like JIRA
• Proven experience managing successful project lifecycles
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams
