DescriptionMRB Liaison Engineer – Structures provides engineering support to production by evaluating structural non‑conformances and developing safe, compliant, and cost‑effective repair solutions. The role works closely with manufacturing and cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure aircraft structural integrity while supporting production objectives.Analyze and resolve structural non‑conformances affecting aircraft production.Review Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and develop structural repair dispositions in accordance with engineering standards and approved practices.Perform on‑aircraft investigations and collect technical data to support repair development and root‑cause analysis.Evaluate metallic and composite airframe structures to determine appropriate corrective actions.Ensure repairs maintain structural integrity, regulatory compliance, quality, and safety requirements.Collaborate with stress analysis, design engineering, materials and processes, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to achieve production goals.Accurately document engineering decisions and MRB dispositions.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and reducing waste.Apply AS9100 quality requirements and company engineering procedures throughout all assigned activities.Schedule Requirement: This position supports production operations and requires working evening, night,
