At Oetiker, we are seeking a skilled General Machinist for our afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. This full time role demands proficiency in both conventional and CNC machines to produce high-quality components. You will work with technical specifications and strive for first-time quality while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate various CNC and conventional machines
• Read and interpret Engineering and Manufacturing drawings
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards




• Promote continuous improvement in machining processes
• Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
• Completion of recognized apprenticeship or trade program
• Minimum 5 years of CNC experience with strong GD&T; knowledge
• Familiarity with G-Code programming and probing routines
• Master Cam multi-axis programming experience preferred
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills
