In this role, you will report to the Manager, Operational Excellence, focusing on the PMO and CI program execution. Your impact will include coaching frontline teams, managing change, and ensuring perks realization through advanced governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advance the PMO framework with discipline and transparency
• Direct the alignment of OE initiatives with strategic goals
• Lead regular reviews to assess initiative health and risks
• Implement CI programs to deliver lasting improvements
• Coach and empower staff to adopt Lean methodologies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in engineering or business
• 7+ years in a CI or Senior Operational Excellence role
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
• Proven experience in cross-functional coaching
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
