- Schedule: Part-time or Full-time | Complete autonomy over your hours and workload
- Practice Model: Independent Contractor - Choice of remote and in-person, or hybrid practice
- Location: Across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Choose your preferred local territory: Toronto, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora, or Newmarket.
- Compensation: $120 – $140 per hour (Fee-for-Service)

Your Role & Impact

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered speech and language interventions tailored to children on the Autism Spectrum (ASD).
- Conduct communication assessments, establish meaningful goals, design custom treatment plans, and provide clinical guidance/supervision to communicative disorders assistants (in-person or remotely).
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to facilitate seamless strategy implementation in the child's natural home environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active registration in good standing with CASLPO.
- A genuine passion for working with the pediatric population and direct experience supporting neurodiverse learners (ASD).
- Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes ( Exception: Downtown Toronto transit-accessible routes ).
- Strong interpersonal skills, clinical independence, and the ability to comfortably articulate progress to families.
- Current residence within Toronto or one of our active GTA expansion cities.
