Job Summary

This is a remote position. The Sr. Associate / Director of M&A; role is a pivotal role within Embrace’s M&A; team. Reporting directly to the Head of M&A;, you will execute our M&A; strategy, lead the full transaction lifecycle—from sourcing support and financial underwriting to diligence,



negotiation, and post‑close integration. This is a highly visible position where you will manage multiple live transactions, mentor and lead junior team members, and work cross‑functionally with Embrace executives, operating company leaders, and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Deal Execution: – Oversee transaction documentation, including purchase agreements and ancillary contracts, in close collaboration with legal counsel; hold in‑person meetings with potential sellers to share Embrace’s value proposition, execute multiple LOIs; present well‑crafted investment memorandums for the Head of M&A; and CEO clearly articulating value creation drivers, diligence, risk mitigation, and timing.
- M&A; Strategy & Market Engagement: – Collaborate with the Head of M&A; and CEO to identify and prioritize existing and new verticals; develop relationships with founders
