Your new role
Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties.
Serve as the primary point of contact for condominium boards, owners, residents, and service providers.
Prepare and present budgets, financial reports, meeting packages, and operational updates.
Coordinate maintenance activities, capital projects, and contractor performance.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
Attend board meetings and provide guidance on operational, financial, and governance matters.
Ensure compliance with condominium bylaws, policies, and applicable legislation.
Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in condominium or residential property management.
Experience working directly with condominium boards and residents.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
