This role requires a blend of analytical and technical expertise to translate complex capital management business rules into scalable technology solutions. The analyst will oversee data management processes and collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), technical partners, business stakeholders, and POD members in an agile delivery model.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate capital management business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls, including requirement traceability matrices.Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.Prepare test cases and plans; lead triage and QA activities to validate data and system integrity.Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.Perform hands-on work with data platforms, integration processes, and testing methodologies.Create data and process flows using Visio,
