Role Description
The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON,

supporting the planning and execution of automated parking system projects. This role assists the Project Manager with coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and managing documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with vendors and subcontractors, expediting materials and equipment, supporting inspections, and monitoring logistics to keep site activities running smoothly. The Assistant Project Manager helps prepare status reports, participates in project meetings,



and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards. This position also contributes to process improvements and supports adherence to safety and compliance requirements on project sites.

Qualifications

- Project coordination and project management skills, with experience supporting complex construction or technology installations.
- Expeditor and expediting capabilities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
- Inspection and quality control experience to support site reviews and compliance with specifications and standards.
- Logistics management skills to coordinate deliveries, schedules, and site resources efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, and collaborate in a quick-paced, project-driven environment.
- Relevant education in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; experience in automated systems or parking solutions is an asset.
