RQ00654 - Sr. Business Analyst

6-month contract (130 business days) - possible extension

3 days onsite / 2 days remote (subject to HM's discretion) – 55 John St., Toronto, Ontario – 15th Floor

Responsibilities
Evaluate and analyze activities on different work package streams of the Administrative Penalty System (APS) project.
Shape and craft business solutions to meet desired results.
Oversee business process analysis and execute collection, elicitation, and recording of business requirements.
Facilitate meetings and negotiations and settle conflicting priorities between parties involved.
Perform option analysis and trend analysis.

Qualifications and Must-Haves
5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations.
BA/BS in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.




Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently and self-directed.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT personnel.
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings tailored to the audience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office desktop products.
Robust analytical skills and experience in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow diagram).

Nice to Have
Public sector experience.

Pay
Incorporated rate: $61.30/hr – $73.56/hr (billable 7.0 hrs/day)
T4 rate: $49.04/hr – $58.85/hr (billable 7.0 hrs/day)
