Oversee operations and ensure quality at Paladin Security as a Field Manager. This full-time role focuses on compliance, team morale, and safety, with a 4 on 4 off rotation.
In this position, you will manage day-to-day operations while ensuring all staff meet quality and compliance standards. Collaborate with Client Service Managers and Branch Managers to address operational issues while fostering a positive team environment. Your leadership will be essential for ensuring safety and professionalism among all deployed security personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first contact for operational emergencies
• Investigate health and safety incidents promptly
• Ensure staff training and compliance with site orders
• Monitor and maintain high morale within the team
• Communicate critical information to Operations promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
• At least 2 years of security experience
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Office 365
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Valid Alberta Security License required
