Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge of federal and provincial OHS regulations
• Investigate incidents and manage WCB claims effectively
• Advise staff on safety practices and compliance matters
• Develop and maintain training materials and records
• Monitor safety performance and report findings accurately
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
• Experience with Workers' Compensation claims management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of skilled discretion and confidentiality
